2018 Registration

REGISTRATION: **Please have detailed information for all attendees prior to registration.
- Individual $35 each (register up to 4 people, 1 payment)
- Group of 5 or more $30 each (registering together - 1 payment)


1. All attendees MUST register online through Eventbrite by 3 PM October 12, 2018.
2. To pay by district purchase order/check, select "Pay by Invoice" under payment method during registration, completing all required fields. Registrations MUST be completed online to be confirmed and prior to an invoice being sent. Any payments received without prior online registration will be returned with registration instruction. 
3. District Check/PO Payment is due 30 days after registration (not 30 days after the event.) If an attendee is a “no show”, the district is still responsible for payment.
4. NO REFUNDS will be issued. We will accept substitutions through October 17, 2018.
