Registration
The GC CUE Planning Committee would like to extend an invitation to host an exhibit booth at our annual Fall Technology Event to be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017.  Please complete the online registration form no later than August 1, 2017.

Important Dates

- Call for Vendors Opens: November 10, 2016
- Deadline to Submit: August 1, 2017
- Hall Set Up: Friday, October 20, 2017 
*All setups must be completed between 12 pm and 5 pm
- Event: Saturday, October 21, 2017 
*No setups allowed day of event


Registration Cost:
Exhibit registration is $100. This includes breakfast and lunch for one company representative. Meals for one additional representative are available for $15. You will be provided with an 8' exhibit area consisting of two 8' tables. Power supply and wireless internet will be provided. You are responsible for your own display, including items such as audio/visual equipment.  Exhibit booths are limited to two (2) company representatives only.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
*includes booth fee of $100 and meals for TWO representatives, online listing with logo, public recognition, thank you at opening and closing sessions.
1. Supporting Sponsor $250 - Event signage with small color logo
2. Breakfast Sponsor $500 - Breakfast and event signage with small color logo
3. Lunch Sponsor $1,000 - Lunch and event signage with medium color logo

Set up/Take down: 
Set up will be on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 12 - 5 pm. 
*All booths must be set up Friday. 
The exhibit hall will be open to attendees on Saturday, October 21 from 8:30 am to 3 pm. Exhibitors are asked to completely take down their exhibits by 3:30 pm. 
If you are having displays shipped to the facility, you must make arrangements for storage when submitting your intent to exhibit. All displays must be removed from the facility by 3:30 pm Saturday, October 21 NO EXCEPTIONS

Exhibit Shipments: 
All exhibitors are responsible for the shipment of their exhibit materials to and from the conference center. Exhibitors are also responsible for set up, tear down, staffing their exhibit, drayage, packing and return shipping costs. If you are having displays shipped to the facility, you must make arrangements for storage when submitting your intent to exhibit.
Please note: The CESC does not have a shipping dock or storage facility, therefore we cannot receive exhibit shipments prior to 12 pm Friday, October 20.

Hotel Reservations:
All exhibitors will be responsible for making their own hotel reservations. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: 
All cancellations must be made in writing (electronic or US mail) to Gold Coast CUE. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. No refunds will be made after October 1, 2017.
