Digital Storytelling - Nature and Science

Jon Mortensen, 6th grade Science teacher, and 4 students from Charles Blackstock Junior High School, participated in the 2010 Student Technology Showcase at CUE. The students presented personalized digital stories created as part of the Bay Watershed, Education and Training program (BWET), which provides students with the opportunity to explore the unique environment in and around the Channel Islands. Student stories focused on one or more aspects of the local marine environment that related to student field trips and in class studies.
