The GC CUE Planning Committee would like to extend an invitation to host an exhibit booth at our annual Fall Technology Event to be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019. Please complete the online registration form no later than September 6, 2019.

Important Dates

- Registration Deadline: September 6, 2019

- Booth Set Up: Saturday, October 5, 2019 *Setup is only available Saturday morning. NO EXCEPTIONS*

- Event: Saturday, October 5, 2019

Registration Cost:

Booth registration is $100. This includes breakfast and lunch for two company representatives. Power supply and wireless internet will be provided. You are responsible for your own display, including items such as audio/visual equipment. Booths are limited to two (2) company representatives only.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

*includes booth fee of $100 and meals for two representatives, online listing with logo, public recognition, thank you at opening and closing sessions.

1. Tier 1 Sponsor $1,000 - Event signage with large color logo

2. Tier 2 Sponsor $500 - Event signage with medium color logo

3. Tier 3 Sponsor $250 - Event signage with small color logo

Set up Information:

Setup is Saturday, October 20 from 7 - 8 am. The exhibit hall will be open to attendees on Saturday, October 20 from 8am to 2pm. Exhibitors are asked to completely take down their exhibits by 3 pm Saturday. Power supply and wireless internet will be provided. You are responsible for your own display, including items such as audio/visual equipment.

Exhibit Shipments:

All exhibitors are responsible for the shipment of their exhibit materials to and from the facility. Exhibitors are also responsible for set up, tear down, staffing their exhibit, drayage, packing and return shipping costs.

Hotel Reservations: All exhibitors will be responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing (electronic or US mail) to Gold Coast CUE. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. No refunds will be made.
