Unconference

     Similar to an EdCamp style conference, our rOxnard “unconference” is a participant-driven professional development where educators decide on session topics and content on the day of the event. Every participant is considered a learner and a leader. 

     We encourage you present, facilitate, and contribute to the learning of others. Post a topic/best practice you want to learn more about and/or post a topic you’d like to share with others! This event values experience and collaborative conversations over expertise and follows the rule of two feet: If one session doesn’t meet your learning needs, move to another session that is relevant to you!
